How do I return?

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
• You can also drop off your package at the below address, just make an appointment before to make sure we are there. Packages fitting through the mailbox can be dropped off any time.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in the original condition, including all tags and hygienic stickers 
• Unwashed, unworn and unwrinkled
• In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

• Shipping costs of your returning items are at your cost
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
