Returns

Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items returned have to be unused, undamaged, unwrinkled, with all tags and hygienic stickers attached and in the original package.

Shipping costs of your returning item will be at your cost. If you are making an exchange for another item in the same article, different size or colour, at both domestic and international orders, we will cover the costs of sending the new item to you, if the item is available after we have received and processed your return.

We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security we recommend that you use track and trace.

Augustine Amsterdam does not pay for the additional customer tax.
