Refund policy
RETURNS
Buying swimwear online brings the advantage of fitting it on your own, at comfort of your home and without any disturbance. Though we have tried to provide as much as detailed description about each item you purchased, sometimes it's just not a match. Wrong size or fit, it can happen. You've got 14 days to return the item. Returning costs are on your behalf.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the packing list you have received with your order.
WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO FIT THE ITEMS OVER YOUR OWN GARMENT. ANY SWIMWEAR PIECE WITH REMOVED HYGIENIC STICKER OR STAINS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY RETURN.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted by return.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted by return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs of your returning item(s) will be at your cost. If you are making an exchange for another item in the same article, different size or colour, only at domestic orders (NL), we will cover the costs of sending the new item to you, if the item is available when we have received and processed your return.
The initial shipping costs (from us to you) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Once you have registered your return/exchange online, please send your items to the following address. You can also drop it off any time if the size of the package fits through the mailbox at our return address or our office adress (eerste van Swindenstraat 48A, Amsterdam East). Otherwise you can mail us and check our opening hours.

If you are shipping an item back, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
